Job Requirements

• Telemetry Experience and Reading EKG’s
• Ability to handle a fast paced unit with several admissions, discharges, transfers, procedures, etc.
• Must have: BLS & ACLS

Schedule Information

• Every 3rd Friday and Saturday 7p-7a
• Additional Friday or Saturday (7p-7a) each schedule
• Will need help with Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.

Unit Specific Information

• Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6 RN’s, 1 Unit Secretary, 2-3 Techs; Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6 RN’s, 1 tech
• Typical procedures performed on unit(s): PD, EKG’s, Most cardiac procedures are done in the Cath Lab – not on the unit

• Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - navy
• Floating Area(s): Med Surg - low probability of floating
