Job Description & RequirementsPosition: RN – Ortho Surgery (Night Shift)\n\nSpecialty: Orthopedic Surgery RN\n\nShift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM\nStart: ASAP\nRate: $90/hr\nWork Type: Full-time\nTemp-to-Perm: Available\n\nPatient Population: Ortho patients including joint replacements, fractures, shoulders, and podiatry cases\n\nExperience: 1+ year in ortho or similar nursing specialty preferred\nCertifications: BLS, RN license in state of employment or compact\n\nRequirements & Duties:\n\n1:5 nurse/patient ratio\n\nRotates float to Med/Surg Tele if not needed in ortho\n\nWeekend and every-other-week on-call required\n\nAdministers medications/treatments, monitors for effectiveness and side effects\n\nAssesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care\n\nProvides patient/family education\n\nDocumentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care\n\nPractices independently in a complex ortho surgical environment\n\n✅ Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery RN – Night Shift
