Job Details

• Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s).
• Management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department.
• Promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
• Supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
• Maintains clinical RN competency on at least one managed unit.
• Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals.

Job Requirements

• 3 years RN experience required.
• 1 year clinical leadership experience required.
• Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location.

Additional Details

• Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.
