About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Analyst to support our global operations by analyzing and documenting intercompany pricing agreements. This role ensures compliance with transfer pricing regulations across jurisdictions and provides critical insights into optimizing tax efficiency and mitigating risks. The successful candidate will prepare comprehensive transfer pricing studies, documentation, and reports to support our business objectives while adhering to local and international guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare transfer pricing studies, benchmarking analyses, and documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain intercompany pricing policies for goods, services, royalties, and financial transactions.
• Conduct economic and financial analyses to evaluate the arm's-length nature of intercompany transactions.
• Assist with the preparation and defense of transfer pricing documentation during tax audits and disputes.
• Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations, including BEPS initiatives, and assess their impact on the company's operations.
• Perform risk assessments and identify opportunities for optimizing transfer pricing strategies.
• Support the preparation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and related filings with tax authorities.
• Provide recommendations to senior management on transfer pricing adjustments and policy enhancements.
• Utilize transfer pricing software and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Key Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Taxation, Economics, or Business Administration) is a plus.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or related fields.
  • Experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation and performing benchmarking analyses.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and local transfer pricing regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and economic analysis.
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing tools and databases like TP Catalyst, Bloomberg BNA, or Amadeus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and presenting findings.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
