Andre's Towing Services in Marietta, Ga is looking for an experience towing or transportation dispatcher with a minimum of 2 years dispatching experience to join our team as a full-time dispatcher. If you are a reliable team player who can stay calm under pressure, then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

• Record all calls
• Proactive address problems
• Received and dispatch calls to driver
• Assess The situation and Prioritize calls
• Oversee the route of each unit and track delivery status of the vehicle towed
• Communicate with the driver about traffic conditions and which route to take to avoid traffic j

 

Dispatcher Requirements:

• Experience in towing or transportation 
• Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situation
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
