A bit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tooling Manager for our Plastic Injection Molding department. This role is crucial to our manufacturing operations, as the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tooling design, production, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD and a deep understanding of plastic injection molding processes. Job Details Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tooling management, specifically in a plastic injection molding environment.
3. Proficiency in CAD software and tooling design.
4. Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Commitment to adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
