Our top-rated team at The UPS Store family is growing! We have expanded our operation, we are looking for the best sales associates to help spread our award-winning customer service throughout the community. We have 4 top-rated locations and growing quickly. Previous UPS Store experience, bilingual, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills, and computer savvy a PLUS, but not required. This is not your average retail sales position and we are looking for achievers who want to grow a career. We have locations in Pacific Beach, Midway, Uptown, and the South Bay and are looking for flexible candidates who can spread the word about all of our services. Each location gets between 100-400 customers a day but many do not know all the services we offer. It will be your responsibility to communicate and engage these folks to better serve them and grow the store. This is not an easy job, but it is extremely rewarding ABOUT THE JOB: Knowledge:
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
