EIT (Electronic Instrumentation & Technology) is looking for a Test Technician to join our team in our Danville, VA location! EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare.
The position of Test Operator is responsible for performing functional tests and/or calibrating production assemblies.
Performs functional testing using written test procedures provide by Engineering and/or the customer
Performs calibration of EIT proprietary products
Performs basic troubleshooting
Qualifications and Experience:
2 year degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferred
2 years of related experience, preferred
Basic Electronics and trouble-shooting skills
Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes
Ability to work in a team environment
High attention to detail
Working Conditions :
Normal manufacturing environment
9/80 work schedule, with every other Friday off
