Now Hiring: Territory Sales & Outreach Representative

Decatur & Athens, AL | Full-Time | $60K Base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We’re hiring a full-time Territory Sales Representative / Outside Sales Rep to help us grow our commercial cleaning business across Decatur and Athens, AL through B2B sales, outreach, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and win new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting

• Visit local businesses to build genuine relationships and assess needs

• Present customized cleaning service proposals that solve real problems

• Close deals consistently and confidently — with full support behind you

• Manage a territory and sales pipeline independently

• Represent JAN-PRO with professionalism, hustle, and pride

What We’re Really Looking For

We don’t care if you’ve never worked in “janitorial sales” before.

We want someone who is:

• Friendly, likable, and driven to win

• Reliable and coachable — you don’t need to know it all now, just be willing to learn

• Hungry to make money AND make a difference

• Organized enough to manage a territory and follow up like a pro

Bonus Points If You:

• Have outside B2B sales experience

• Are great at cold calling or networking

• Have experience in service-based industries

• Have been called “a people person” more than once
