Remote Speech-Language Pathologist - South Carolina School District
**Job Title:** Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time Position)

Responsibilities:
- **Evaluations and Assessments:** Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
- **Intervention Programs:** Design and deliver individualized intervention programs to address each student's communication, language development, articulation, and social communication needs through virtual sessions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with teachers and school staff to implement and monitor interventions effectively through virtual collaboration.
Experience and Qualifications:
- **Experience:** A minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting is required.
- **Licensure:** Hold an active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- **Certification:** Possess an education/teaching certification from the South Carolina Department of Education.
- **ASHA Certification:** ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.
Position Details:
- **Working Hours:** 24-30 hours per week for the 2024-2025 school year.
- **Compensation:** Hourly rate of $45-$50, based on virtual and school experience.
- **Services:** Responsibilities include both direct and indirect services.
- **Payment:** Weekly pay.
- **Caseload:** Includes elementary and middle school students.
- **Support:** Mild to moderate cases with onsite aide/facilitator support.
- **Teamwork:** Must be collaborative and a strong team player.
Additional Requirements:
- **Contractor Status:** This position is for an independent contractor.
- **Insurance:** The independent contractor must have liability insurance (professional and general).
