We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Technical Writer (Manufacturing Investigations) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Durham, NC. Details for the position are as follows:


Job Description:

• Investigator is responsible for investigation and authoring of minor deviations that occur in the Manufacturing organization.
• Lead quality investigations for minor Manufacturing deviations and incidents, focusing on performance improvement and risk reduction
• Working within alignment of the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and governing safety regulations
• Identifying root and contributing causes and concluding to recommendations to correct and/or prevent recurrences
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure robust investigation conclusions, effective communication, and sharing of learnings
• Final Documentation (Trackwise) on investigations - reporting findings and resolutions in auditable Quality systems format in line with governing safety regulations
• Ensures required management and Quality approvals on final investigations meeting due dates (10 days)
• Facilitates corrective and preventive action agreement along with internal sharing of investigational findings and risk knowledge
• Contributes to metrics related to investigation process and CAPA effectiveness
