Job Description

  • Maintain and share policy expertise with standards and regulations related to the planning, development, management, and authentication of equipment publications.
  • Conduct In-Process Review (IPR) and Final Reproducible Copy (FRC) Technical Manual (TM) Reviews using the Interactive Authoring Display Software (IADS) viewer to document comments.
  • Communicate results of TM reviews to division peers.
  • Deliver support services to division-wide peers and subordinates with occasional oversight.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Writing Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS- 13, step 05 base salary, or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
