Job Description
- Represent Microsoft and communicate with most Microsoft Cloud customers;
- Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people;
- Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction;
- Drive customer usage on Microsoft Cloud products;
- Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.
