Job Description

Contract Role 6 Months+ Responsiblities:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles-from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences at every stage of the hiring journey
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
Collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals

Maintain accurate candidate records and support employer branding initiatives Qualifications:

5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting (e.g Software Engineering, Mobile Developers, Managers)
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization with respect and diplomacy
Highly driven, self-directed, and a desire to work quickly without compromising attention to detail and accuracy
An expert with headhunting tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter
Passionate about the candidate experience RSC Solutions
