Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles across a wide range of skillsets and levels

• Partner closely with our Business Development team to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and interview top technical talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking

• Provide consultative insight to clients and candidates on trends in the Nashville tech market

• Help build LaSalle's brand in the region by contributing to talent community events, thought leadership, and social content

Technical Recruiter Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or technical recruiting environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A goal-oriented mindset and track record of exceeding performance metrics
