Term This Agreement becomes effective when the Employee begins training or any work for MKG Tax Consultants LLC and ends upon the Employees final day of employment. Post-termination obligations shall survive as applicable.2. Duties Employee responsibilities include preparing accurate tax returns, delivering quality client service, and adhering to all company policies and site-specific rules. Employee must attend mandatory pre-season training as scheduled. The designated tax season runs from December 26, 2025, through April 15, 2026.3. CompensationHourly Rate: $21.00 per hourOvertime Rate: $31.50 per hour for time worked beyond 40 hours in a workweekPTIN Pay Bonus: 20 percent of net tax preparation fees for returns filed using the Employees IRS-issued PTIN. Calculated monthly. PTIN Pay over $600 will be reported via IRS Form 1099-NEC.4. 401(k) Retirement Plan After six months of continuous employment, Employee becomes eligible to enroll in MKG Tax Consultants LLCs 401(k) plan. The plan includes employer matching contributions, subject to the companys benefit policy.
