The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the talent acquisition team and other HR team members as needed. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process, making it a key support position within the HR department

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

Objectives of this Role:

  • Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing for candidates for all Operations and the Global Support Center.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Admin as needed.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Update and maintain job description database.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence with candidates, including sending out interview invitations and follow-up emails.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment documents.
  • Event Planning: Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition or HR activities.
  • Reporting: Generate reports or create reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the talent acquisition team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in HR or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
