Production Worker - Truck Unloader

Lombard, IL

Temp to Hire Position (90 days)

$17.50 Entry Level

$19.0 2 to 3 Years Experience

• Must pass E-Verify, a background check, and a drug test.

• Age: 21+, Must have a valid Illinois Driver’s License.

• Schedule: Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (weekdays and weekends)

• Employee will work up to 7 days a week beginning January through March 2025

• All overtime is paid at time and half (*1.5).

We are seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our team in Lombard, IL. This temp-to-hire position (90 days) involves production work, loaded and unloaded pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology, safely operate a STAND-UP forklift, and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities:

· Receipt and transport of materials using mobile equipment of various types (manual pallet jacks, ride-on pallet jacks, stand up forklift, etc.)

· Movement and transportation of in process products throughout the production area.

· All candidates must be driver eligible. This means, per insurance regulations, having a valid driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age with a clean 3 year driving record and the willingness to drive a 24-foot box truck. No CDL required.

Experience and Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

· Frequent walking, bending, and physical movement required throughout the shift.

· Forklift Experience: Stand-up forklift, Motorized pallet jack, Regular pallet jack (2+ years preferred).
