We are seeking an experienced Staffing Personnel with Payroll background

Location: Etobicoke (Albion & Islington)

Temp - Perm position

Hourly Wage - ( TBD - Based on experience )

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Dispatch and assign employees for temporary and permanent job placements
• Communicate with new and existing clients
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Dispatch employees for urgent orders
• On-board and train new employees
• Assist with Weekly Payroll
• Knowledge & experience in QuickBooks an asset 
• Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-years experience as a recruiter (general labor, skilled, manufacturing, office related positions, food environment and other related fields)
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Willingness to learn and grow with a company.
• Have a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
