Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - This opportunity is located at Tinker Airforce Base
- Conduct job hazards analysis to identify hazards and potential risks.
- Complete safety audits and ensure remedial action as necessary.
- Implement and enforce accident prevention plans and ensure contractor compliance.
- Maintains quality control by conducting daily safety walks and health inspections on the jobsite.
- Develop site-specific safety programs/plans to include emergency actions response, evacuations and security plans.
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements applicable to the project scope of work.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and insurance protocols and compliance.
- Conduct and participate in safety and subcontractor progress meetings.
- Complete all reports and records in an accurate and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have five years of Department of Defense (DOD) construction experience. Must be able to manage projects successfully to completion, on time and within budget.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Must be able to manage projects of 2 to 15 million in size.
- Must be able to obtain access to a Federal Installation
Preferred Skills:
- OSHA, CHST, CPR & First Aid Certified
- Knowledge of Resident Management System (RMS)
