Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development, implementation, and management of SEO strategies for clients, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and marketing goals. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to SEO Specialists, fostering their growth and success. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that integrate SEO best practices and optimize organic search visibility and performance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO team. Monitor and analyze clients' SEO performance using analytics tools, and deliver regular reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts. Work with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results, including PPC, content, web development, and strategy. Provide content direction based on keyword strategy and client objectives. Address technical SEO issues and implement solutions to enhance site performance and user experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in SEO. Assist in documenting SOPs and identifying KPIs for the SEO department.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques. Proven track record of developing successful SEO strategies that drive growth and meet client objectives. Understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively presenting complex information. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Leadership experience focused on fostering a positive team culture. Technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with web developers and technical teams.
