Sr. Flutter Mobile Software Engineer - Consumer Health Platform
Location: Redwood City, CA (you can work from home 3x/week).
The company's product is in the realms of healthcare, consumer web, consumer mobile, and enterprise software. The company is reducing the cost and improving the quality of healthcare.
The company has about 100 employees and 25 engineers, and is rapidly growing.
The company will pay salary up to $225k, 10% of salary in yearly bonuses, as well as equity which could be valuable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Programming in Flutter (experience is not required as long as you are willing to learn it and primarily use it).
- Building a scalable platform and applications that people will love.
- Working with engineering leadership to create a front-end technology roadmap.
- Owning the functionality you develop from design to production, and resolving any issues along the way.
Qualifications:
- Either 1) Strong with Flutter, or 2) Strong in Android or iOS and willing to learn and primarily use Flutter (which should take about 3 months to ramp up on.
- Strong native app development experience, including customer-facing software solutions.
Nice to have:
- Kotlin.
- Dart.
- Exposure to React, Java, and MySQL.
- Expertise in Flutter.
- Innovative mindset, great problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android development.
