Responsibilities:

• Assist 1st Team Performance Dietitian with the Academy and 2nd Team performance nutrition
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and team
• Develop educational materials such as presentations, handouts, team talks, ect.
• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments under guidance of the 1st Team Dietitian
• Assist in catering team meals and delivery
• Manage nutrition inventory and ordering
• Coordinate nutritional care as a member of multidisciplinary sports performance team

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in Undergraduate, Masters degree and/or Dietetic Internship for Nutrition or related field and eligible for college credit
• Available 20-25 hours per week.
• Available to intern onsite
