CBS Miami is looking for an expert Sports Multi-Skilled Photographer! Duties will include the shooting and editing sports stories, MMJ reporting, producing, and fill-in anchoring. This role also includes setting up live shots, using professional audio equipment, and working independently or alongside anchors/reporters. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proficient with non-linear editing. Responsibilities include: Shoot, produce, write, and edit sports segments and shows Assist with the creation and production of high-energy and innovative sports content Proven photography & writing skills Must be able to troubleshoot minor equipment problems in the field and monitor/perform basic vehicle maintenance Manage and ingest media efficiently Other duties assigned by Manager Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience Grass Valley Edius or similar platform editing experience LIVE U backpacks or similar technology experience A valid driver's license and a good driving record Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends and travel on short notice CBS News and Stations, brings together the power of CBS News, 28 owned television stations in 17 major U.S. markets, the CBS News Streaming Network, CBS News Streaming local platforms, local websites and cbsnews.com, under one umbrella.
