Position Overview
As a Solar Energy Sales Representative, youll be the face of our company, educating homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar power. You dont need prior sales or solar experiencewe provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to explain solar energy solutions and savings
• Conduct consultations to assess customer needs
• Present tailored solar options and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous customer service or sales experience a plus, but not required

Compensation

$55,000.00 $100,000.00 per year (commission-based with performance bonuses)
