Job Description

OTH Network is looking for a marketing professional & proven entrepreneur to join its growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and build loyalty for our businesses and brands.

Your responsibilities will include creating & editing content, managing & growing our presence on social media platforms, particularly Instagram, engaging with customers through messaging, comments and fostering relationships with creators, clients, hospitality groups, agencies, affiliate partners. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and deliver superior customer satisfaction.

Key activities include planning and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and maintaining a deep understanding of social media best practices. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for creativity and innovation will be critical for success in this dynamic and exciting role.

  • Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt quickly to emerging trends and platform updates
