We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to craft and amplify our brand voice across platforms, with a strong focus on developer channels like Reddit, X (Twitter), and Slack communities. You’ll own social strategy, content creation, and community engagement end-to-end. Responsibilities Develop and execute a bold social strategy across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Create engaging, high-impact content that resonates with developers and DevOps professionals. Manage and grow developer-focused communities including Slack, Discord, and Reddit. Work with Content, DevRel, and Product Marketing to amplify launches, updates, and campaigns. Track performance metrics and iterate on content based on engagement and feedback. Activate internal and external voices (including founders) to participate authentically in key channels. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience managing social and community for a B2B developer-first brand. Strong grasp of Reddit culture, Twitter dynamics, and developer community nuances. Excellent copywriting and visual content instincts. Experience building and scaling community platforms and engagement. Strategic mindset with willingness to experiment and iterate quickly.
