Job Title: SMT Operator (2nd Shift)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated SMT Operator for our 2nd shift to load and unload products on machines. The operator will be responsible for inspecting products going through the line and turning machines on or off based on production jams.
Schedule & Pay
2nd Shift: 4PM-2:30AM Monday-Friday
train on 1st Shift for 2-3 weeks (6:30AM-4PM)
Responsibilities
Load and unload products on SMT machines.
Inspect products as they progress through the production line.
Turn machines on or off in response to production jams.
Maintain and operate production equipment efficiently.
Ensure products meet quality standards through detailed inspection.
Essential Skills
Experience as a machine operator, preferably with production equipment.
Attention to detail is crucial in all aspects of the role.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.
Capable of lifting 20 lbs and remaining on feet for extended periods.
Proficient in using computer systems for documentation purposes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or factory production environment.
Strong team player with the ability to take constructive feedback.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled electronics manufacturing facility. The plant includes a front office section, with the production floor and inventory located at the back. Employees must wear non-static attire, such as cotton, while on the production floor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HAVANA, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
