Job Description: Lead or support migration projects involving collaboration platforms, cloud services, or enterprise applications. Serve as the Slack SME; manage workspace configurations, user provisioning, integrations, and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption of Slack and other tools. Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks, monitor system health, and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack integrations, data migration, and user experience. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing. Required Skills: Proven Slack administration and integration experience, including Slack APIs, workflows, and bots. Demonstrated success in migration projects (cloud, collaboration tools, or enterprise systems). Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and JSON/YAML formats is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 6 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or collaboration engineering. Certifications in Slack administration or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus. Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and automation platforms.
