Job Description
Sign Installer and shop help. You will assist with installation of small to medium signs on wooden post set in post holes you will help dig. Must be comfortable on ladders up to sixteen to twenty feet. Besides sign installations you will help with preparation of signs by applying digitally printed vinyl onto substrates. Cutting and painting post preparatory to taking signs to site for installation. You will also learn to run a flatbed digital printer for small yard type signs. And attaching these digitally printed signs to steel stakes with bolts and nuts. Some painting is involved in the production of the signs. You will learn to use battery powered and electrical hand tools. No experience required. But a valid drivers license is a requirement. Besides being comfortable on ladders, you will need the ability to lift sixty pounds. Most jobs require nothing more than a small step ladder to reach the top of an eight to ten foot tall sign. Some work requires a twelve foot step ladder and rarely do we need extension ladders for jobs.

We pride our selves on having a relaxed atmosphere geared to getting the work out on time and of high quality. We have had many people tell us this is their favorite job they have ever had. There is room to grow here, to learn how to run digital equipment, some cabinetry work and simple carpentry skills. We do not do anything electrical.
