We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator  to join our team. You will lead and oversee the activities of our production team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• $23-32/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily activities of production and operations teams.
• Delegate and supervise production assignments to appropriate personnel.
• Process and fulfill production orders from customers.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to ensure quality and detect malfunctions .
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within sheet metal production , manufacturing, or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of CNC equipment operation, including the ability to program and troubleshoot.
• Expertise in using various production tools and machinery .
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor
