Title: Servicenow Developer Location: Phoenix AZ Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• ServiceNow IRM Module Implementation Experience
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM CMDB and CSDM capabilities
• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with JavaScript and Angular

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)
• Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting
• Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows
• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices
