Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position for candidates who are passionate about IT operations and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB architecture, and ITOM practices. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and related ITOM modules.
• Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes.
• Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy of configuration items.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CMDB processes and architecture.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, especially CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMDB Fundamentals).
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX five days a week.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only).

• Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
