Job Title: Fine Dining Server Hourly Rate: $18.12/hr Shift Dates: Shifts will vary based on client's needs Location: Dallas, TX Indeed Flex is hiring Fine Dining Servers for their hospitality client in Dallas, TX. Benefits:

Requirements:

• MUST have a minimum of 1-year experience within the last 3 years in sit-down fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests on a personal level
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes, and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, adhering to fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction standards.
• Confidently explain menu items and wine pairings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service.
• Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, following restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards.
