About the Role
The Company is seeking a Data Governance Sr. Lead Analyst to join its team and play a pivotal role in the transformation of risk data. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust data governance practices over critical risk data, in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. This role demands a data-driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in risk systems, data, and reporting. Key responsibilities include ensuring the definition and execution of risk requirements, managing data quality issues, and driving the adoption of consistent data management and quality standards. The role also involves influencing strategic decisions, leading enterprise-wide meetings, and interacting with regulators as necessary. Applicants for the Data Governance Sr. Lead Analyst position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related role, with at least 5 years in the banking and financial services industry, information technology, and data governance. The role requires a subject matter expert in data management, including experience with data processes, tools, and applications. A strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data governance tools is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects and leading teams.
