Job Description

• To understand client requirements and lead the delivery of technical solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Technical content writer with administrative-level experience using Atlassian Confluence 8.9.1 (or another major Wiki tool) to migrate and develop product documentation for the MMDA and MAD wiki spaces.
• bility to design, implement, and edit wiki namespaces and pages.
• bility to create content based on legacy articles and previously written content.
• bility to create wiki templates (Status, pipeline view, calendar etc).
• bility to fully utilize tagging and labeling wiki functionalities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills- Understanding of data development life cycle.
• To analyze ,define and design technical solution for ERP product s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
• To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
• To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
• To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
• To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
