Following our success in the Australian market, we are now expanding into the United States – and we’re looking for a Senior Salesforces Developer to join our engineering team in Dallas, Texas.

What You’ll Do

As a senior Salesforce expert, you'll:

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Leverage Salesforce CRM , ServiceCloud , and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
• Integrate Agentforce with Handy’s custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
• Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
• Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
• Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
• Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements

What You’ll Bring

• Over 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits
• Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools
• Familiarity with customer-facing portals
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
