Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:UI Path, RPA, Automation Advanced applied knowledge of UiPath and its core functionalities, including AI Center and Document Understanding. Basic understanding of the technical mechanisms used in UI automation. Familiarity with UiPath infrastructure and platform management. Understanding of software development principles and a demonstrated ability to design modular, flexible, and exception tolerant solutions in a low-code environment. Proficient in Python; other languages like C# or Java are a plus. Proficient in a variety of data formats including JSON and XML. Basic knowledge of data stores and how to access and manipulate stored data, including non-relational data stores. Proficient working with version control systems like Git. Applied knowledge of agile development principles and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to decompose a process, solution, or other complex concept. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly, concisely, and adapted to the audience. Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies and freely shares knowledge with others. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, addresses issues directly and respectfully. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Highly organized and works with minimal supervision. 3-6 years of experience in automation programming with UiPath. Project-based work environment with regular production releases. High volume, complex automations; large user base is a plus Public sector consulting experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. UiPath Advanced Developer certification. Scrum or PMI certifications a plus.
