Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Semiconductor and Industrial construction. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are met
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project records are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in Semiconductor and Industrial construction
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
