Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of the escrow process for residential real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

• Review and prepare escrow documents, including contracts, closing statements, and title documents.

• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely closings.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing property titles and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

• Handle the disbursement of funds, ensuring accurate financial records for each transaction.

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the escrow process, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to foster ongoing business opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer, with a focus on residential or commercial transactions.

• Proven track record of managing high-volume, complex escrow transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Comprehensive knowledge of escrow processes, real estate laws, and title insurance.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• State-specific escrow officer license or certification (if applicable).
