As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will lead email marketing initiatives by developing governance frameworks, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive audience engagement and campaign success.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Marketo or similar enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
- strong proficiency in HTML, dynamic content development, and email nurture campaign creation.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on KPIs and performance optimization.
- A solid communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Creative problem-solver capable of generating innovative ideas for email marketing strategies.
salary: $40 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the marketing email calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns that engage critical audiences.
- Establish a centralized Center of Excellence for email marketing, creating governance structures and promoting best practices for scalability.
- Build, customize, and deploy HTML emails in Marketo , adhering to brand guidelines and campaign strategies.
- Leverage customer data for advanced segmentation and dynamic content creation to deliver personalized email experiences.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve subject lines, creative content, and CTAs.
- Continuously refine and optimize email processes, including QA, SLAs, scheduling, and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, reusable email templates that cater to a wide range of marketing needs.
- Define key performance metrics (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
