This role is pivotal in recognizing business-related issues, analyzing data, formulating and authenticating models, and efficiently conveying results. The selected individual will play a major role in driving the adoption of data-driven decisions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Detection and solving of business problems through data analysis and modeling
• Proficient data analysis and interpretation using Python and SQL
• Formulation and verification of analytical models for diverse applications including Deep Learning, AI, and Time Series Forecasting
• Concise and informative presentation of findings and insights
• Cooperation with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making
• Regular updates on the latest developments in Data Science and ML modeling
• Involvement in the creation of Data Science solutions
• Application of data visualization techniques for effective communication of insights
• Use of NLP and text mining techniques for insightful results
• Guidance and mentoring of junior data science professionals

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling
• Solid foundation in data-oriented applied mathematics, including statistical analysis and machine learning
• Robust methodology for modeling and Algorithms, such as Boosting Algorithms
• Expertise in data analysis tools and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, pandas, and matplotlib
• Comprehensive experience in ML Modeling for Deep Learning, AI, and Time Series Forecasting
• Proficiency in at least one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with the creation of Data Science solutions
• Advanced data visualization skills
• Experience with NLP and text mining
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps solutions such as SageMaker, Vertex, or Azure ML
• Familiarity with Big Data solutions, especially Spark/PySpark
