This position offers a hybrid schedule with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business needs. Job Description Assist in Attorneys in real estate transactions, including due diligence, preparation of contracts, leases, and closing documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to corporate law. Prepare builder drawls, handle seller closings, and manage simple refinances. Review, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Attend contract meetings and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases related to all real estate transactions. Provide timely and accurate reports to attorneys and senior management. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and firm matters. Stay current with the latest developments in real estate law and industry trends. Desired Skills And Qualifications Five or more years of experience as a Real Estate or Corporate Paralegal or a similar role in the legal industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, and legal principles. Proven experience in builder draws, seller closings, and simple refinances. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation and contract review. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Experience in contract drafting as well as contract review.
