Due to Growth Steel Point is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to perform the following:

• Comprehend and document current work flow process in detail with ability to assess critical business process framework
• Facilitate group work sessions that involve eliciting requirements and liaising with users
• Review and prioritize current and future state process requirements
• Research and study to find ways to improve business process flows
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems across multiple projects
• Ability to screen and structure a large amount of data within process framework
• Collect and analyze information to identify causes of problems
• Analyze the work process flow to identify gaps and issues requiring resolution
• Recommend work procedures that improve organization's goals and objectives
• Lead and implement cross functional teams with improvement initiatives
• Track work process flow in monitoring its effectiveness and report significant deviations from project plan's quality objectives
• Collaborate with peers in sharing tasks and addressing design and implementation issues as they evolve
• Interface with Government users in managing and operating business processes
• Develop performance metrics for process measurement and track work process flow
• Deliver measurable results by deploying process improvements or utilizing lean six sigma principles to solving problems, thereby maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste
• Evaluate workflows and suggest improvements to increase productivity Ability to identify key indicators for future requirement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is required with PMI PMP, Agile Certified, or Six Sigma Certification.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in one of the following areas is required: budgeting, finance, statistics, risk management, process reengineering, internal controls, performance measurement, program/project management, or acquisition.
• TS/SCI CI Poly or higher clearance required
