Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in support of a long-term contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Will participate in Agile development services to design, implement, operate and maintain a software solution for CMS that facilitates data exchange between pharmacies, drug manufacturers, and other dispensing entities. Responsibilities Follows SAFe Agile methodology. Manages computer operations. Ensures production schedules are met. Ensures computer system resources are used effectively. Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. Provides users with computer output. Supervises staff operators. Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience MA/MS Degree + 5 years of experience (3 years must be specialized experience) No Degree + 10 years of experience (8 years must be specialized experience) Experience: Prior experience as a Scrum Master following SAFe Agile methodology Desired Experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts Agile Certifications Please Note: Only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.
