Job Description

1. Remote, but must sit in one of the following states: Utah, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Northern California ( But NOT Bay Area ). Arizona (But NOT Phoenix Area )

Client: Auto Industry

Last year they implemented service cloud and experience portal to support road service teams. Since that time, they are expanding out to field services to continue to help road services and kicking off a data/marketing cloud project. This is being done through MSPs and they want to bring this all in house

seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple development teams, including internal groups, a Salesforce Pro Serve team, and a managed service provider. This role is ideal for a certified Scrum Master with advanced JIRA automation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to keep complex, multi-team initiatives on track. While direct Salesforce experience is not required, familiarity with Salesforce environments and Copado is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Track progress across internal, vendor, and Salesforce Pro Serve teams, identifying and removing roadblocks.
• Create and manage advanced JIRA automations to streamline story tracking, workflow management, and development pipeline movement.
• Escalate issues promptly and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
• Apply Agile/Scrum best practices, adapting processes to fit team needs.
• Leverage automation tools (and potentially AI in the future) to improve efficiency in story tracking and development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Utilize a basic understanding of Copado for release and deployment coordination.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Significant experience in a Scrum Master role (not entry-level).
• Proven expertise in JIRA, including building and managing automations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments; direct Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of Copado and its integrations.
• Experience working with multiple, distributed teams across organizations.
• Remote work eligible; preference for candidates located in Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Nevada

  • Able to build dashboards, create and manage automation, and administer Jira at a high level.
• Agile Methodology
  • Must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile practices.
  • The organization transitioned to Agile in September; candidates should be comfortable operating in a fully Agile environment.
• G Suite proficiency
  • Able to confidently navigate and utilize Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Salesforce
  • Considered a strong plus. Lack of Salesforce experience can be offset by deeper strength in other areas.
• Copado
  • Nice to have.
• NotebookLM
  • Nice to have; can be learned on the job.
