Full time Scheduler for Staffing Agency with an excllent Company!

Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency

• PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with the National Health Care Associates, Inc's network of nursing homes across the Northeast.
• This is a Full-Time temp to perm position in a professional office environment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff, while problem solving their staffing needs.
• The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month).

Primary Functions:

• Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the Northeast.
• Replace any callouts in the facility
• Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience scheduling for RNs, LPN, and CNAs in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities.
• Exceptional customer service with strong oral and verbal communication skills;
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills;
• Must work well in a team environment in a professional office
