Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance business functionality and streamline processes. This role involves developing custom applications and integrating Salesforce with other systems to drive operational efficiency. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust solutions, supporting the company's strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development & Customization: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality. 
• Integration & Automation: Build and implement Salesforce integrations with other platforms, optimizing data flow across systems. 
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity within Salesforce, create custom reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. 
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into technical solutions. 
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure reliability and adherence to best practices. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and system integrations. 
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools, including Flow and Process Builder. 
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration, security settings, and user management. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with building automation flows within Salesforce. 
• Knowledge of Office 365 integration with Salesforce. 
• Geographical mapping integration experience with Salesforce. 
• Experience in developing community portals. 
• Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities in Salesforce. 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. 
• Must reside in the state of Florida. 
• Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.
• Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed. 
• Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
