About the job Sales Manager (US Based)


Makerz is looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager to manage client relationships and lead growth initiatives by generating and securing new clients. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by leveraging your network, identifying new leads, and cultivating prospects into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, fostering long-term, positive relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular updates and communication.

Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the digital marketing and hospitality industries.
  • Leverage your network and industry connections to build a qualified pipeline of leads.
  • Use outreach strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and networking events, to connect with prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase Makerzs services, tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead-generation campaigns and refine strategies to increase inbound leads.
  • Research target markets, keeping an eye on industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.

Sales & Conversion:
  • Qualify and prioritize leads to identify high-potential prospects aligned with Makerzs services and objectives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects to understand their pain points and challenges, positioning Makerz as the ideal solution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve a win-win for both Makerz and the client, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and follow up with leads throughout the sales funnel, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and move leads efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a combination of proactive outreach and effective follow-ups.

Client Onboarding & Transition:
  • Oversee a smooth onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with internal teams to set clear expectations and timelines.
  • Introduce new clients to the Makerz team and ensure a comprehensive handover, enabling seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Input:
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation strategies, content needs, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine sales processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to company growth by sharing insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client account management, preferably within digital marketing or a related industry.
  • Proven success in generating leads, converting prospects, and building a profitable sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail in managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, tracking interactions, and ensuring a structured sales process.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
