Job Description
We are a marketing and distribution company for automotive parts and are the leading supplier of CV Axles to the Automotive Aftermarket in North America. We also offer a broad coverage of Window Regulators, Drive Shafts, and ATV Axles. We sell to Warehouse Distributors and mass retailers throughout North America and are a rapidly growing company poised for continued growth.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales and Marketing Director combines the operational aspects of new sales to drive business growth and revenue generation with the strategic aspects of marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3. Contact and engage with current and potential clients to understand their needs, educate them about the company’s products and services, offer solutions to their problems, drive new sales, and ensure their requirements are met effectively.
4. Visit client’s warehouses or stores in affiliated locations as necessary to gain a deeper understanding of their products and services in the context of new sales initiatives.
5. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing and new sales performance.
6. Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the new sales process for the business.
7. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
8. Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
9. Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products.
10. Plan for, arrange, and attend trade shows to establish new business.
11. Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning while executing market campaigns, branding initiatives, advertising efforts, and public relations activities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will not have any direct reports.
